Density (65 ℃): 0.85-0.95g/cm3
Flash point: ≥ 180℃
3、 Application and characteristics of urea anti caking agent
★ Light color, will not stain white fertilizer. Stable performance, will not cause fading of colored fertilizers.
★ Specially used for urea drum granulation fertilizer. Especially suitable for anti caking of balanced fertilizers with high nutrient content.
★ It also has a good anti caking effect on chlorine based compound fertilizers.
Made from natural raw materials, it does not pollute the environment and is easily degradable in natural environments.
4、 Usage and dosage of urea based compound fertilizer anti caking agent:
Usage: This product can be used directly without mixing with other oils and fats. Add the anti caking agent into the melting tank, heat it to 60-80 ℃, spray it directly into the wrapping cylinder by atomization, and wrap it evenly.
Dosage: Depending on the climate, production conditions, and fertilizer variety, the addition amount is 0.15-0.25%. The annual average addition amount is about 0.2%. For products with less severe clumping or lower packaging temperatures, the dosage can be appropriately reduced.

Density (65 ℃): 0.85-0.95g/cm3
Flash point: ≥ 180 ℃
3、 Application and advantages of high urinary nitrogen compound fertilizer anti caking agent
★ Anti caking of high urea nitrogen compound fertilizer specifically used for rotary drum granulation and high tower granulation.
★ It is also suitable for anti caking of high tower nitrate sulfur based compound fertilizers.
★ The anti caking effect is better when used together with powder anti caking agents.

4、 Usage and dosage of high urinary nitrogen compound fertilizer anti caking agent
Usage: Although this product is liquid when the temperature is above 30 ℃, it can be directly poured into the oil tank. However, it is still recommended to push the anti caking agent into the melting tank of the iron drum and heat it before flowing it into the oil tank, or to heat the iron drum above 40 ℃ before pouring the anti caking agent into the oil tank. Heat the anti caking agent in the oil tank to 60-70 ℃. Pump in with a metering pump, and spray compressed air into the wrapping cylinder for even wrapping.
