The concentrated solution has an amber yellow appearance, a density of 1.05kg/L (15 ℃), a viscosity of 130cSt (40 ℃), a flash point above 100 ℃, and a commonly used dilution ratio of 1:10. It has excellent lubricity and mold protection performance, with a single anti rust test lasting up to 48 hours without rust, and an acid value of less than 0.5mgKOH/g. The original solution has slight irritation to the skin and needs to be stored in a closed container with a temperature not exceeding 60 ℃

Volatile stamping oil can be widely used for various plastic forming operations such as extrusion, pressing, stamping, and drawing of metal sheets. Such as silicon steel sheets, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, etc. When stamping silicon steel sheets and stainless steel, the concentration should be slightly increased.

1. Security
Volatile stamping oil requires a clear and transparent appearance that will not change the surface color of the processed parts; The mild odor reduces pollution to the workshop environment, which requires a low content of aromatic hydrocarbons, olefins, and sulfides in the base oil. These compounds come into contact with the skin and respiratory tract of operators, which can easily lead to respiratory and skin diseases.
According to the 2002 edition of the "Hygienic Standards for Cosmetics", the development of oil products should be non irritating to the skin and eyes, and the acute oral toxicity test should be non-toxic. The flash point requirement for volatile stamping oil is high to ensure safety during use. The flash point requirement for aluminum fin stamping oil is greater than 60 ℃, and the flash point requirement for condensate copper tube processing oil is greater than 40 ℃.
2. Corrosivity
The corrosion performance of volatile stamping oil on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper is a key indicator for the development of oil products. By controlling indicators such as acid value and sulfur content, it is ensured that stamping oil does not corrode aluminum and copper metals, especially by controlling the water-soluble acidity and alkalinity of stamping oil. The acid value index of the developed stamping oil is required to be less than 0.5 mg KOH/g; Aluminum and copper corrosion requirements shall not exceed level 1.
3. Volatile
In order to meet the requirements of the no cleaning process and control the residual amount of stamping oil, the volatilization and drying properties of the developed oil are key indicators.
4. Lubricity
In order to meet the needs of high-speed stamping processing of aluminum fins, stamping oil must have appropriate lubrication properties. On the one hand, it can reduce the frictional heat generation of stamping molds, prevent mold temperature from being too high, and reduce the gap between convex and concave molds, causing sintering and pulling of aluminum fins; On the other hand, it can reduce the wear and adhesion of stamping molds and aluminum chips, and extend the service life of stamping molds.
5. Hydrophilicity
Hydrophilic aluminum foil is widely used in heat exchangers of household air conditioners, and it is required to develop oil products that have no effect on the hydrophilic properties of hydrophilic aluminum foil.
